Sports Registration Fees
St Mary’s College has a “No Pay, No Play” sports policy. Sports fees can vary from $40 - $400 per student depending on the sport. Fees should be paid at the time of registration, but some leeway is permitted provided fees are paid before the opening round of competition. Failure to pay by the midway point of a season can result in a student being withdrawn from the team. No student can register for a sport if they have outstanding sports fees from the previous season.
Registration fees are necessary to cover: College Sport Wellington affiliation fees, facility hire fees, equipment upgrades, renewal of playing strips and internal administration costs. The College strives to ensure sport is affordable for all our students. Families struggling with financial hardship are invited to contact the Director of Sport, in confidence, so that their student can participate in sport.
