Rowing runs between August and the end of March.
We have a dedicated rowing committee who are responsible for organising all of St Mary’s rowing. Please contact stmw.rowing@gmail.com with any queries about rowing and student sign up. As there are a large number of away regattas there is also a significant amount of parent assistance required.
Training
An intense training schedule involving 6 trainings a week. Times are allocated by the rowing club.
Uniform:
Rowers need to purchase a Wellington rowing and a school rowing uniform. A black warm up top will be provided.
Cost:
Yearly cost of between $3000 - $4000 per year to include accommodation, transport and entry fees to all regattas, as well as training.
