Inaugural St Mary's College Alumni and Year 13 Leavers Breakfast - REGISTRATIONS HAVE NOW CLOSED

It's a very exciting time for the college as we celebrate our Alumni college community coming together, the delayed celebration of our 170th Anniversary in 2020, our 2022 Year 13 leavers and even better, our Alumni Breakfast date is also the  244th Birthday of Catherine McAuley. 

We invite both current and past students, families, teaching staff, and anyone who has a strong connection with the college to the Inaugural St Mary's College Alumni and Year 13 Leavers Breakfast.

The ticket price includes a hearty breakfast, juice, coffee, and tea, renowned speakers, use of an AV system, and event management.

The ticketing registration link will be removed on Tuesday 13/9, at 5 pm,

Registration receipt

  • Credit Card payment: for those of you who paid for your registration with a credit card, all receipts have now been issued.
  • Online Banking payment:  the College will provide an online banking receipt upon request only.
  • Note, that we cannot accept cash, nor are we able to take door sales.

We ask that if you pay via online banking, please ensure your online payment is processed before Wednesday 14 September, as the College needs time to reconcile all online payments.

Registration form information

You were advised at the time of registering that the information from the registration form will be passed onto Parliament as part of their security and catering requirements. 

Refund Policy

Refund policy: a full refund will be given before ticket sales close on Tuesday 13, September 2022. The ticket includes GST, *plus any credit card processing fees. After this date, we cannot provide you with a refund due to confirming catering numbers and other related costs.

In the event of constraints caused due to COVID, you will be advised of a postponement, and funds will be held with the College until we can confirm a new date.

Year 13 students and SMC staff

We ask that all SMC Staff and Year 13 students who are attending this event please complete the registration form and select $49.00, along with the online banking option or pay at the office. The College will reconcile your registration.

Confirmation of attendance

The week of the 19th of September all attendees were sent a confirmation email. Please bring a copy of this confirmation of attendance email to gain entry through Parliament security and to show at the registration table.

This email confirms that the Alumni have received your credit card payment or the College has received your online banking payment along with further information on the event.

If you do not receive a confirmation of attendance email from the St Mary's College Alumni on Monday 19 September, we have not received your registration or online payment. We ask you to check your spam folder before getting in touch with us.

If you have not advised us within your registration form of any dietary requirements, we will be unable to accommodate you on the day. All catering/ dietary requirements and security preparations have now been confirmed with Parliament, we are now unable to make any changes.

We are also going to be blessing Atawhai as our new sacred space and have invited the parishioners from St Bernard's, Brooklyn to join us for Mass and then the blessing.

Term 1, 2022

No events due to COVID.

On 23rd January 2022, all of NZ moved into the “red” traffic light system setting. This change has had a direct impact on the below event which was originally scheduled for 30 March 2022.

While New Zealand is currently at "red" (COVID traffic light system setting), St Mary's College is unable to run any events. When the traffic system setting moves to "orange" or "green," we will review this and seek advice from the Ministry of Education.
